Southern Silver Exploration Corp. announced the engagement of Auburn Partners Inc. as investor relations consultants to the Company.

Auburn Partners will focus on developing and expanding Southern Silver's communications with the investment community through a comprehensive investor relations program. Auburn Partners will provide investor relations services in general, and in particular, will provide services in furtherance of increasing the Company's profile. Auburn Partners will receive a monthly fee of $5,000 for professional services for a period of 3 months, which may be extended by both parties. Neither Auburn Partners, nor any of its employees own securities, directly or indirectly, in Southern Silver. In connection with the engagement of Auburn Partners, Southern Silver will grant an aggregate 150,000 incentive stock options to the principals of Auburn Partners at an exercise price of $0.15 per share exercisable for a period of five years, and vesting as to 25% each quarter during the first year. This consulting agreement between the Company and Auburn Partners is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
