Recently, chairman and Party secretary of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. Bai Peizhong led the 25-people Shanxi Coking Coal delegation to visit Baosteel. Chairman Xu Lejiang and vice president Daizhihao of Baosteel Group Corporation met Bai Peizhong's delegation in Baosteel Tower. Shanxi Coking Coal is the largest quality coking coal producer and one of the main suppliers in the coking coal market in China.
This year, the output of Shanxi Coking Coal is predicted to be 100 million tons, and the sales revenue will be over RMB100 billion. Bai Peizhong introduced the production and operation of Shanxi Coking Coal in the first half of this year and the future developing plan. He wished that both parties could make more in-depth cooperation in more extensive field on the basis of the existing favorable cooperation. Xu Lejiang introduced Baosteel's new round developing plan and discussed on further strengthening the strategic cooperation between both parties. He stated that, the development of Baosteel cannot do without the stable strategic supply chain, and Baosteel wished to confront the market challenges hand in hand with Shanxi Coking Coal, making their respective advantages complementary to each other and achieving win-win cooperation. Wang Li, secretary to the board of directors of Baosteel Group Corporation, Wang Liqun, the assistant president of Baosteel Co., Ltd. and the general manager of its Raw Material Purchase Center, etc. attended the meeting.
