The Directors of Pan Asia Corporation Ltd (the “Company”; ASX: PZC) wish to announce the appointment of Luke Martino to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director and the resignation of Ian Sandover from the same.
Luke Martino has significant experience in the mining and resources industry, particularly in the Republic of Indonesia. Luke is a Non-Executive Director of NuEnergy Capital Limited, an ASXlisted company developing coal bed methane projects in the Republic of Indonesia, the Company Secretary of Victory West Moly Limited, an ASX-listed company developing molybdenum projects in the Republic of Indonesia, and a former Director of South Pacific Resources Corporation, a Canadian publicly listed company which operated mining projects in the Republic of Indonesia. Luke is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, having worked for over 20 years with major accounting firms, where he held senior leadership positions including Lead Partner of Deloitte’s Growth Solutions practice in Perth and membership of the Board of Deloitte Australia. The Directors have enjoyed a successful working relationship with Luke since his appointment as Company Secretary of the Company in 2008 and welcome him on his decision to join the Board. At the same time, the Directors take this opportunity to thank Ian Sandover for his strong contribution to the Company and wish him all the best with his future endeavours. |
